The staff members were very friendly and amicable. The setting was quite unbeatable within easy reach of a 32-acre park. There was a tapas restaurant nearby.

It's great that the hotel is located in such a central area for shopping, entertainment, and attractions. The front desk staff seems to be friendly and responsive, and the rooms are generally well-kept. Some of the advantages of staying here include access to the fitness room, which has a lot of top-end equipment, and the option to rent bikes outside the front door. There is also a nice library area, while some guests like the tapas restaurant in the lobby bar.

Some guests have issues with the valet service and the communication at check-in. some guests have reported trouble with the thermostat, which can make it challenging to get comfortable, and there were issues with the air-conditioning.

It was a such great experience. The views at this hip new hotel were excellent! We booked a queen room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was amazing, a few steps away from Peace Center.
